A gentle, seated dance class. Suitable for everyone of all ages, including people with mobility limitations. Enjoy the movements to music from your chair. Improve strength, co-ordination and flexibility while having fun. Unwind over a cup of tea and a slice of cake while relaxing with old friends and making new ones, then it’s time for Active Bingo fun!
